ThinkFast helps keep teens focused on the road

SMYRNA — Members of the Smyrna High School sophomore class filled the school’s theater Wednesday morning for a raucous presentation aimed at reducing distracted driving.

Presented by Nissan North America and the Governor’s Highway Safety Office, ThinkFast Interactive mixes trivia with a solid message about dangers of distracted driving and the importance of wearing a seat belt.

“The program utilizes a game-show kind of format with plenty of popular-culture references to get high school kids engaged — talking and participating on a life and death topic,” said Steve Yaeger, corporate communications for Nissan North America.
